MTC Medical Taping Training (BASIC level)
Time: October 10 - 11, 2025 (2 days)
(Friday 14:00-20:00/Saturday 9:00-16:00)
Venue: Physiocenter Clinic, Riga, Bruņinieku Street 49
Training is led by: MTC instructor in Latvia (since 2010) Mareks Osovskis. Chief physiotherapist of the physiotherapy center, LSPA instructor, 15 years of specialization in medical taping, extensive experience in working with athletes in everyday life and in the post-rehabilitation period.
Certified CURE TAPE instructor in the Baltics since 2010.
Language: Course instruction – Latvian
Day 1 – Friday (14:00 - 20:00)
- Introduction to the concept of Medical Taping;
- Explanation of the materials used in practice, physiological and psychological effects;
- Toning and detonating
- Basic principles and muscle technique - demonstration and practical training.
Day 2 – Saturday (9:00 - 17:00)
- Demonstration and practical training of correction, ligaments, fascia, skin, lymphatic techniques;
- Review of the most common problems in practice (tennis elbow, bursitis, hallux valgus, headache, hematoma, edema, ankle sprains, Achilles tendon inflammation or trauma, patellar chondropathy, premenstrual syndrome, etc.) and practical learning of possible solutions;
Conclusion: summary, questions and receiving certificates.
